Not everyone HAS to be a competitive bodybuilder. and often (maybe a few more times than muscle lovers want to admit), the brawny, beefy big kid who likes to lift - but likes life outside the gym too - has all the heat you'd want on a cold winter night. In Rio last fall, we met John Herbert at a pizzeria by Copacabana Beach. We knew this big 21-year old was just what the natives ordered... .... served up hot and steaming, with plenty of extra sausage as well. We figured you'd want your dinner to go... ...so here he is, piping hot and ready to be served.
